Where are you located?
The Growth Room is currently offering sessions exclusively through telehealth and at selected schools. Our commitment to your well-being remains our highest priority, and we are flexible in accommodating alternative meeting spaces to suit your needs. Residents anywhere in Florida can access our telehealth services, ensuring you receive the support you need, wherever you are.

How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions are 55 minutes.
Group sessions are 60 minutes.
Couple and family therapy sessions are 120 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
We now accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna
Ambetter
Cigna
Florida Blue
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey
Humana
Humana Medicare
Medicare

United Health/Optum - Medicare
We can also provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to use your out-of-network benefits for insurance reimbursement.

What is your fee?
Individual therapy: $100 a session (55 minutes)
Couples/Family therapy $190 a session (120 minutes)
Group therapy: $25 a session (60 minutes)

What's a superbill?
A superbill is an invoice that can be used to file a claim for potential insurance reimbursement. At the end of each month, you'll receive a document that has my provider information, the dates and rates of services, a code that tells your insurance company what type of services you received, and a diagnostic code that tells your insurance company what services you received.

What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to make it to a session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24-hour’s notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. We understand emergencies can occur and are as flexible as possible to accommodate you.
